What is the Summit?

State of Her Union Leadership Summit takes place May 4, 2019 in the Nation’s Capital. The Summit seeks to reach hundreds of women worldwide. We will educate, enrich and empower women, as the true leaders we are. We are celebrating women and their achievements by inviting notable speakers to share their stories to inspire and motivate women to be their best selves.

What is the Vision of the Summit?
The State of Her Union Leadership Summit is a declaration of womanhood. A proclamation of our time and efforts- an emancipation of our liberties. In essence, this summit is a bold punctuation on our history. The idea came from the many conversations that I’ve had with friends and relatives about the great balancing act that is our lives. However, for us, it’s less of a balancing act, than it is our reality.
I know so many woman who feel as if they have to choose. A choice of whether to be career-driven or socially-led, down, or sold out, for the people or for herself. I sincerely believe that we can have it all.
We can be a well-endowed scholar, a C-Suite mommy, a multi-passionate wife, and an investing entrepreneur. All the while, we can be socially conscious, technology savvy, physically active, and a forever student. Our motives do not have to stop once we prescribe to one.
This summit will ignite your every being by challenging your day-to-day paradigm. We’re setting the stage to delve into topics that keep you up at night, or simply on the phone for hours at end. We’re coming to you with tribulations, triumphs, testimonies, solutions, action items, and a network.
